do you charge for a quote/estimate?
We offer free quotes/estimates on all projects! This includes all face-to-face meetings where we will gain an accurate idea of the scope of work to be performed and take any necessary measurements for the job. You will then receive in writing, a breakdown of the work to be performed and projected costs.
are you insured?
Yes, we are a fully insured construction company! We carry both liability insurance and worker’s compensation.
What if the quote is not within my allowable budget?
So many factors come into play when quoting a job. The type of finishes, grade of materials, and any custom work are just a few. Sometimes it requires a further in-depth cost breakdown to allow our customers to see where the money is being spent and then make adjustments from there. Sometimes it requires breaking one big job into two or three-step phases. Regardless, we do everything we can to work with our customers to give them realistic cost expectations so that there are no surprises later on.
